IMA Labeling is pleased to introduce Raffaele Basso, who will lead our Service organization, further strengthening our commitment to delivering reliable labeling solutions and high-quality customer support.

Raffaele brings with him more than two decades of experience in industrial labeling and identification technologies, having developed a solid professional path across several areas of the industry.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in technical assistance, system installation, application analysis, and product management, progressively taking on roles of increasing responsibility in technical leadership and coordination. This background has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of labeling systems and the operational challenges faced by manufacturing environments.

His experience spans the entire lifecycle of labeling solutions, from installation and troubleshooting to project evaluation and technical coordination, supporting both customers and internal teams in the successful implementation of complex labeling applications.

In his role at IMA Labeling, Raffaele will focus on pre-sales activities, project qualification, and technical alignment, helping ensure that each solution is properly defined and aligned with the customer’s operational needs from the earliest stages of the project. His contribution will support the development of effective solutions while facilitating smoother implementation and long-term performance.

Raffaele’s appointment represents an important step in the continued development of the IMA Labeling Customer Service Team, a group dedicated to supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their labeling solutions.

Through a combination of technical expertise, service capabilities, and close collaboration with customers and partners, the team plays a key role in ensuring reliability, operational continuity, and long-term performance of installed systems.

This commitment is further reinforced through Label Care, the service program developed by IMA Labeling to provide comprehensive support across all stages of the solution lifecycle.

Label Care offers a structured portfolio of services designed to maximize operational efficiency and protect customers’ investments over time, including:
